THE INAUGURAL CAMDEN MUSIC FESTIVAL

The Music Walk of Fame are proud to have launched London's brand new street festival, the Camden Music Festival (CMF).

Saturday 9th September, 2023 brought to an end, a stunning and sunny week of Walk of Fame unveilings with the inaugural Camden Music Festival.

Along the pedestrianised High Street from Camden Town Tube to Camden Lock, Camden High Street housed an enclosure with legendary DJs rom MI Soul Radio, all supported by the NTIA.

On Hawley Crescent, outside the old MTV offices, and in association with Music Venue Trust, the main stage featured live performances from Zkeletons, Noah And The Loners, Billy Bragg, Rusty Egan (Blitz, Music Machine), Buzzcocks, Jazzie B (Soul II Soul), and headlined by Shalamar.

Uniquely Camden

In the coming years, it’s intended that the Festival expand to the rest of the borough, including Granary Square, Regents Park, Hampstead Heath, Denmark Street, and Camden High Street. This will create a three-day festival including all venues, inclusive to all local businesses, as well as the local community. Ultimately, a Music Festival that will be unparalleled and uniquely Camden.
